Product Description

Details

The PreSonus Studio 192 is a USB 3.0 Audio Interface and Studio Command Center. With the ability to simultaneously stream 26 Inputs and 32 Outputs at 48kHz or 8 Inputs and 14 Outputs at 192kHz with zero latency monitoring, the Studio 192 is the first USB 3.0 interface to offer such flexibility and fidelity in a single unit. Whatever your creative needs, the Studio 192 can do it all.

When it comes to low latency audio interfaces there are few that come close to the Studio 192. In fact the Studio 192 offers zero latency monitoring with its award winning StudioLive Fat Channel processing on every analog input.

The PreSonus Studio 192 – Control the way you want it!

With the Studio 192, PreSonus has really raised the bar in terms of control. Users will certainly feel the benefits from some of the features they have integrated into the Studio 192 – take for example the built-in talkback microphone that can be routed to any mix. Two independent headphone amps, onboard Dim and Mono options that all add the sense of user control. The way you work is no longer decided by anyone but you, you choose how to use the 10 balanced outputs, be it for monitor mixing, speaker switching or both. Whatever your studio application the Studio 192 works the way you want it.

PreSonus’ renowned XMAX preamps are found in the Studio 192. The fact that you get 8 of them is a real bonus. Known for providing a clear and transparent sound that won’t influence the tone of your recording, each preamplifier is remote controlled from either the Studio One software or via MIDI from third party software such as Pro Tools, Logic or Live and settings are recallable inside a session. Each preamp contains the high headroom, low-noise and wide dynamic range users have come to expect from the XMAX preamp range as well as standard features such as +48V phantom power and 85 dB gain range.

As well as the 8 XMAX preamps the Studio 192 comes equipped with great connectivity. 2 front panel dual-purpose combo jacks offer great flexibility for either Mic or Instrument inputs as well 6 balanced line level inputs on the back. 8 balanced TRS ¼” jack outputs on the rear offer monitor mixing and speaker switching and 16x16 ins/outs @ 44.1 or 48kHz or 8x8 @ 88.2 or 96 kHz are available via ADAT/Optical connectors.

PreSonus’ exciting new DAW software Studio One comes bundled with every purchase of the Studio 192. Users can get a feel of some of the new features with the Artist version or can easily upgrade to the Pro version. Available for Mac and Windows Studio One Artist offers unlimited track count and 2GB content.
