VideoMic GO II features the same revolutionary annular line tube design as the VideoMic NTG and NTG5, which offers unmatched transparency and a natural sound. Supported in a detachable Rycote shockmount with extremely convenient cable management.

The VideoMic GO II offers the same plug-in-powered battery-free operation as the original VideoMic GO, but also adds amazing USB digital functionality with compatability with PC, MAC, iOS & Android.

On-camera microphone:
The VideoMic GO II is an ultra-lightweight and versatile shotgun microphone for capturing incredible audio with a camera. In addition to being incredibly compact and lightweight, the VideoMic GO II is super simple to use and requires no batteries to operate (running on plug-in power provided by your camera).

USB microphone with built-in DSP:
The versatile connectivity of the VideoMic GO II allows full functionality as a USB microphone, where the 3.5mm output will act as a powerful headphone output. When used with RØDE Connect, up to four microphones to be plugged into one computer with optimised DSP — compressor, noise gate and the legendary Aural Exciter and Big Bottom.

Compatibility with mobile devices:
Connection through the USB-C output is certified for direct use with iOS and Android devices, when connected to RØDE Central & Reporter, you can unlock additional features in the microphone such as a high-pass filter, -20dB pad and a windshield compensation.
