This extended warranty is only available to purchase within 2 months of the original product purchase date, ensuring that customers who wish to obtain extra protection can easily take advantage of this offer shortly after their purchase.

The Extended Warranty offers the same terms as the standard Limited Manufacturers Warranty covering against manufacturing defects, with the added benefit of an extended coverage period, providing additional value and peace of mind to our customers investing in Blackmagic Design products.

Products that have a standard 12 month warranty, automatically have 24 months as standard when buying through an authorised reseller such as Eastwood Sound and Vision. This means an Extended Warranty will extend the warranty period from 2 to 5 years and for products with a standard 36 month warranty, these will be extended from 3 to 6 years.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abnormal use such as a hostile environment that can cause damage or excessive wear to the product.
Number of replacement products that can be provided under this extended warranty is limited.

Warranty terms are exclusive of shipping costs, unless the product is dead on arrival.
